What is your return policy
Our store is happy to accept returns within the following timeframes:
Returns In Store: Full priced, unworn items may be returned within 48 hours for a full refund or 10 days for a store credit/exchange. Sale items, special orders and custom pieces are final sale.
Returns of Online Orders, full priced, unused or un-warn items may be returned for a full refund or exchange when received back to Homeport within 10 days of your order's original delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent back outside of this time frame. Sale items, special orders and custom orders are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be in their original condition with tags/price stickers attached.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a standard $10 standard shipping rate for any orders under $250.
Orders over $250 will ship for free within the continental U.S. Please note that some restrictions may apply including but not limited to over-sized pieces will incur a higher shipping rate.
Can I order online and pick it up in store?
Yes! Please select local pick up at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
