Returns In Store:
Full priced, unused items may be returned within 10 days for a store credit/exchange. Sale items, special orders and custom pieces are final sale.
Returns of Online Orders:
Full priced, unused items may be returned for a store credit/exchange when received back to Homeport within 15 days of your order's original delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent back in a different condition than it was purchased or outside of this set time frame. Sale items, special orders and custom orders are final sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be in their original condition with tags/price stickers attached.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a standard $10 shipping rate for any orders under $250.
Orders over $250 will ship for free within the continental U.S. Please note that some restrictions may apply including but not limited to over-sized pieces will incur a higher shipping rate.
Artwork is excluded from free shipping - the cost to ship will be calculated at the time of purchase.
